1. Service Cancellations
- Users can cancel a service before it has been initiated. Cancellation policies may vary depending on the service provider.
- To request a cancellation, contact us via the app or email support@mpeSeva.com.
2. Refund Policy
- If a service is canceled within the allowed cancellation period, a full or partial refund will be issued as per the provider’s policy.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
- No refunds will be provided for completed services.
3. Non-Refundable Services
- Services that have already been started or completed cannot be refunded.
- In case of service disputes, we will review the case and facilitate communication between the user and service provider.
4. Modifications to Policy
